
2022 was a period of transition as a new mandate was put in place. In 2023, INAO mobilized its collective intelligence to build a clear course, culminating in the approval of a new 2024-2028 Contract of Objectives and Performance (COP). This year has therefore been a year of construction. Constructions around three key words: adapt, communicate, accompany.
In particular, the Institute organized 9 regional meetings throughout France, with defense and management bodies representing all signs, around the themes of sustainability and adaptation to contemporary issues: market developments, climate disruption, changing societal expectations, competition from other segmentation approaches...Doubling as internal meetings, these meetings helped to set guidelines that will ultimately consolidate the fundamentals of SIQO while making them more robust in the face of the challenges they face.
The year 2023 has thus shown, thanks to the strength of the collective, a full commitment by INAO professionals and agents to pursue the Institute's transformation for ever more resilient and sustainable SIQOs.
