What is the STG? The STG for professionals

What is a traditional specialty guaranteed?

The traditional specialty guaranteed (STG) corresponds to a product whose specific qualities are linked to a composition, manufacturing or processing methods based on tradition, but not to its geographical origin.

The STG is based on ancient, typical and local know-how, but can be made outside its region of origin.

It applies only to agri-food products.
