Operators are producers and processors of agricultural, forestry, food or seafood products.
This section provides useful information for operators already involved in production under official sign of identification of quality and origin (SIQO).
If you are interested in the process and would like to produce an existing SIQO or initiate the recognition of a new product, you can consult the "Produire sous signe officiel d'identification de la qualité et de l'origine".
