Burgundy-Franche-Comté, a region fully committed to SIQO production

Every year, the Observatoire Prospectif de l'Agriculture de Bourgogne-Franche-Comté (OPA BFC) draws up an overview of regional agriculture. INAO was able to contribute to this detailed overview by drawing up a summary of agricultural production under official signs of quality and origin identification (SIQO) in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté Region, a land of agricultures where production under SIQO plays a consistent and sustainable role.
