Training
Since 2010, INAO, as a training organization, has been organizing training courses for institutional partners, and even private players, on a variety of topics, ranging from the discovery of official signs of identification of quality and origin to a more targeted presentation of regulatory or technical aspects of the agri-food or wine industries.
Our missions
- Increase product knowledge: production, tasting, regulations, or even links to the terroir
- Develop and mobilize the skills and knowledge of the Institute's agents, who provide INAO training

INAO, partner of the Concours général agricole
A showcase for French agricultural and gastronomic excellence for over 150 years, the Concours général agricole rewards and promotes the best French products at the Salon international de l'Agriculture. More than 70% of the products entered in the CGA bear one of the official signs of quality and origin (SIQO). Every year, some 400 jurors attend training courses run by INAO staff, benefiting from the skills and know-how of our experts.
