Wednesday, September 8 program:

The INAO, with the support of producers and professionals, will be offering numerous events for young and old alike:

• Free discoveries and tastings of regional products, meetings with local producers.
• Games competitions to win baskets of products and other gifts.
• The Origin Trail, to discover the different official signs (promises, origins, controls...).
• Sensory experiences with the presentation of food/wine pairings from our regions hosted by BTS students at the Avize Viti Campus high school and a tasting with the Syndicat général des vignerons de la Champagne, hosted by Geoffrey ORBAN from 1:00 to 2:00 pm.

Smoked garlic from Arleux (PGI), Bergamot from Nancy (PGI), Boudin blanc from Rethel (PGI), Champagne (PDO), Choucroute d'Alsace (PGI), Côtes de Meuse (PGI), Côtes de Toul (PDO), Lingot du Nord (PGI/LR), Maroilles (PDO), Miel d'Alsace (IGP), Mirabelles de Lorraine (IGP), Munster (AOP), Moselle (AOP), Pâtes d'Alsace (IGP), AB products, Vins d'Alsace (AOP), Volailles d'Alsace (IGP/LR), Volailles de la Champagne (LR/IGP) and Viandes bovines (LR).

Information on the "PARTAAGE"

Visitors will also be able to discover the "PARTAAGE" network (Pour une Alimentation Responsable et une transition Agri Alimentaire en Grand Est), presented by the DRAAF, supported by the ADEME and the DREAL and led by "Citoyens et Territoires":

• Presentation of the Projet Alimentaire Territorial (PAT) Marnais led by the Parc Naturel Régional de la Montagne de Reims.
• Animations on food and food waste.
• Dissemination of videos on the EGALIM law, in collective catering, made by the Conseil Régional and the DRAAF.
