The INAO, with the support of producers and professionals, will be offering numerous events for young and old alike:

• Free discoveries and tastings of regional products, meetings with local producers.
• Games competitions to win baskets of products and other gifts.
• The Parcours de l'origine, to discover the various official signs (promises, origins, controls....).
• Gustatory experiences with cooking demonstrations by chef Thierry Landragin assisted by a young apprentice from the CFA de Châlons (with the support of Interbev).
• The presentation of food/wine pairings from our regions by BTS students at the Avize Viti Campus high school.
• A tasting with the Syndicat général des vignerons de la Champagne, hosted by Geoffrey ORBAN.

Information on the "PARTAAGE"

Visitors will also be able to discover the "PARTAAGE" network (Pour une Alimentation Responsable et une transition Agri Alimentaire en Grand Est), presented by the DRAAF, supported by the ADEME and the DREAL and led by "Citoyens et Territoires":

• Presentation of the Projet Alimentaire Territorial (PAT) Marnais led by the Parc Naturel Régional de la Montagne de Reims.
• Animations on food and food waste.
• Diffusion of videos on the EGALIM law in collective catering produced by the Conseil Régional and the DRAAF.
