This year's program included product discoveries, demonstrations and tasting workshops for gourmets.

On Saturday morning, the opening day, Fabrice Sommier, meilleur ouvrier de France sommelier, led a wine-tasting workshop. Throughout the day on Sunday, Clara Galand and Zachary Nicolet, two finalists in the TV show "MasterChef", offered cooking demonstration workshops using the products presented at the show.

As every year, staff from the INAO's Délégation territoriale Centre-Est were on hand to help animate and promote products under quality signs during the 2-day market. Visitors discovered the Institute's missions and the SIQO thanks to the "Parcours de l'Origine" presented in the hall of the exhibition center.
