In a world marked by geopolitical instability, market tensions, and climate change, food sovereignty is a major issue. Regaining food sovereignty is central to the objectives of the Ministry of Agriculture, Agri-Food, and Food Sovereignty.

SIQOs play an important role in this effort by ensuring sustainable, high-quality food production throughout the country. These sectors, which bring together producers and processors around common goals, are pillars of our ability to produce food for the French people while protecting our model on the international stage.

• 4:20 PM – 4:40 PM : Geographical Indications and “Labels Rouges,” a shared heritage, as a lever for action to promote the reterritorialization and sustainability of food systems.
