An INAO conference at the next Sommet de l'élevage, on October 4, 2023 in Clermont-Ferrand.
As part of the Sommet de l'Élevage to be held from October 3 to 6, 2023 in Clermont-Ferrand, the Institut national de l'origine et de la qualité will be present all day on Wednesday, October 4, 2023 at the DRAAF Auvergne Rhône Alpes stand (Hall 1, allée F, stand 183) for a special SIQO day.
A conference will be held from 2pm to 4pm, conference room n°6 on the theme "What economic insights are needed to define and assess strategies for SIQO sectors?".
This presentation will provide an overview of the economic data available and the tools available to SIQO sectors (observatories, studies, mementos, framework notes). Secondly, testimonials from SIQO sectors will be presented, highlighting the tools and methods deployed to consolidate the creation of added value.
