Climate change impacts all agricultural production. Its effects are already clearly visible in vineyards. The rise in temperature recorded in recent decades has already brought about observable changes in vine physiology. Faced with the challenges of climate change, the wine industry's strategy aims to propose concrete actions, most of which can be implemented in the short to medium term. The aim of this IFV dossier is to identify the levers that can be rapidly mobilized to adapt to new production conditions.
