Taste experiences and culinary demonstrations
Local know-how was in the spotlight. Fans of IGP Bergamote de Nancy were able to witness the making of this emblematic Lorraine confection. While discovering the region's wines, visitors were able to learn about food and wine pairing with the Syndicat général des vignerons de la Champagne, led by Geoffrey Orban, as well as with students from Avize's Lycée viticole. Master restaurateur Thierry Landragin and INTERBEV provided culinary entertainment. Under the big top, educational workshops such as the origin trail raised participants' awareness of the challenges of SIQO production.
Visitors were also able to discover the "PARTAAGE" network (Pour une Alimentation Responsable et une Transition Agri Alimentaire en Grand Est), presented by the DRAAF, supported by ADEME and the DREAL and run by "Citoyens et Territoires".
