New planting authorizations can be allocated to winegrowers who have submitted an eligible application, within the limit of a national growth, set at 1% of the area planted with vines as of July 31, 2019, i.e. 8,119 ha, and within the possible limit of a regional limitation applicable for the desired planting. Eligibility and priority criteria are identical to those applied in 2019
