Employee profile: Nathalie, Assistant Manager, Auvergne Limousin delegation

Engineers, technicians, managers... INAO staff introduce you to their missions and their jobs. Discover the portrait of Nathalie, Assistant Manager at the Auvergne Limousin delegation

What is your initial training?

I graduated as an "Administrative and IT Agent", I had planned to continue my studies to deepen my skills. However, a summer secretarial job with a cultural association turned into a rewarding professional experience that lasted 4 years. A few other experiences in administration, including a position in the principal's secretariat at a lycée, provided me with a structured and demanding environment. I then passed the entrance exam for the INAO, which existed at the time, and have since become a civil servant.

Why did you choose INAO?

I was attracted by the opportunity to work at the Institute because the position corresponded perfectly to my professional skills but also to my personal values and my link with the agricultural world. It is ideally located in my home region, which offers me a balance between professional and personal life.

After more than three decades with the Institute, my administrative work, far from routine and constantly evolving, has always been a source of enrichment, fulfillment, learning and personal fulfillment.

Administrative work.
