Local know-how was in the spotlight. Fans of IGP Bergamote de Nancy were able to witness the making of this emblematic Lorraine confection. While discovering the region's wines, visitors were able to learn about food and wine pairing with the Syndicat général des vignerons de la Champagne, led by Geoffrey Orban, as well as with students from Avize's Lycée viticole. Master restaurateur Thierry Landragin and INTERBEV provided culinary entertainment.
