INAO at the Sommet de l'élevage 2023
As part of the Sommet de l'Élevage, which took place from October 3 to 6, 2023 in Clermont-Ferrand, the Institut national de l'origine et de la qualité was present all day on Wednesday, October 4, 2023 at the DRAAF Auvergne Rhône Alpes stand for a special SIQO day.

A conference was organized on the theme "What economic insights are needed to define and assess strategies for SIQO sectors?".
This presentation provided an overview of the economic data available and the tools available to SIQO sectors (observatories, studies, mementos, framework notes). The presentation was followed by testimonials from SIQO sectors, highlighting the tools and methods deployed to consolidate value-added creation.
