As part of the 80th Châlons-en-Champagne Fair, the National Institute for Origin and Quality (INAO) is organizing a day on Wednesday, September 2, dedicated to official labels of quality and origin. This is a must-attend event to discover the various products bearing the AOC, AOP, IGP, STG, Organic Agriculture, and Label Rouge designations—the pride of the Grand Est and Hauts-de-France regions, the guest regions for this year’s fair.
