Meeting under the aegis of the INAO, the Comité national des appellations d'origine relatives aux vins, boissons alcoolisées et spiritueuses (CNAOV) has adopted a series of landmark decisions aimed at adapting specifications to current economic, climatic and technical realities, while reaffirming the requirement for quality and the link to the terroir.
