2021 organic control figures
- 124,251 controls carried out (including 84,141 under the mandatory annual control and 40,110 under additional controls)
- 4,388 products sampled and analyzed, i.e. 5,24% of operators sampled for analysis
- 7,340 sanctions ranging from product downgrading to withdrawal of the operator's authorization
