The aim of the document is to provide a concise overview of the Institute and its missions, as well as to promote the 5 official signs of origin and quality (SIQO): protected/controlled designation of origin (PDO/AOC), protected geographical indication (PGI), traditional specialty guaranteed (TSG), Label Rouge and organic farming.

This teaching aid is available in French and English. You can use these elements to better understand the work of INAO or to inform your various contacts, particularly operators.
