Grocery department - "Mayonnaise" earns Label Rouge status

"Mayonnaise", destined for the grocery aisle, has just been recognized as a Label Rouge following the publication of its approval order by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Sovereignty and the Ministry of the Economy, on June 22, 2023. Label Rouge guarantees its superior quality compared with "standard" mayonnaise. This is the second mayonnaise to be awarded the Label Rouge. The first, designed for the fresh produce section, was recognized at the end of 2022.

An additive-free mayonnaise designed for long shelf life

This Label Rouge mayonnaise is made according to a traditional recipe with a limited list of ingredients: sunflower oil controlled to ensure no rancidity throughout the product's shelf life, Label Rouge or Organic Farming egg yolks (a guarantee of free-range hens), Dijon mustard composed solely of water, non-GMO mustard seeds, vinegar and salt, with no additives or flavoring. Good preservation of the mayonnaise is ensured by white wine and/or cider vinegar and lemon bringing a hint of acidity to the mayonnaise, and finally salt.

Label Rouge "Mayonnaise", gourmet accompaniment par excellence

This mayonnaise is guaranteed to contain no preservatives, colorants, texturizers or sugar. Its superior quality is justified by the quality of its ingredient selection and the orderly, gradual incorporation of the ingredients, ensuring its compact appearance and mouth-watering texture. This new Label Rouge mayonnaise will be available in the ambient grocery section.
