This technical workshop brought together all stakeholders from research, development, and the industry to discuss recent findings, particularly regarding crop load management in organic orchards, tools and indicators for fertilization management, and strategies for building up tree reserves.
Research conducted by the IFPC, the CTIFL, and several scientific partners were presented and discussed at the event. The INAO also participated in these discussions, alongside industry professionals, to explain the tools available on these topics and to support the sector in adapting its practices, ensuring production security, and promoting products bearing an official quality label.
This event is fully in line with the INAO’s efforts to support the cider industry.
