Training courses designed to ensure increased skills for a group on a specific theme. INAO has set up a training course on PDO wines from Burgundy and Jura to reinforce knowledge of sensory evaluation of wines and recognition of defects (methodology and training around tasting, definition of the concept of terroir...).
Support for the seed sector to increase skills on organic regulations applied to this sector. A half-day distance learning session can enable an employee to master the fundamentals of organic regulations applied to a given sector, to find their way around the regulations, to understand and use the specific vocabulary and to feel more at ease in carrying out their missions.
