Dynamics of the SIQO economy over the period 2013-2021

To enhance the value of the economic information produced in a multi-year perspective, INAO has produced a publication presenting the evolution of data relating to SIQOs between 2013 and 2021 and their economic performance.

These documents are drawn up using data collected during the annual statistical survey of defense and management bodies (producers' associations, professional federations for products under official signs) and in partnership with other public players (FranceAgriMer, INRAE, AGRESTE, the Directions régionales de l'agriculture, de l'agro-alimentaire et de la Forêt, Agence Bio, regional Chambers of Agriculture, ...).
