Discover the 2021 key figures for meat, charcuterie and poultry under SIQO [CP].
Prepared in partnership with Fil Rouge, Sylaporc and Synalaf, a new brochure presents the 2021 figures for meats, charcuterie and poultry under official signs of quality and origin (PDO, PGI, Organic Farming and Label rouge).
