A regional meeting with Occitanie's ODGs on June 18, 2025

The INAO's Délégation territoriale Occitanie is organizing another regional meeting with local ODGs on Wednesday, June 18, 2025 at the Lycée des métiers de l'Hôtellerie et du Tourisme d'Occitanie in Toulouse. The theme "Les produits sous signes officiels de qualité, créateurs de valeurs" will be at the heart of the discussions.

This meeting will be an opportunity for ODGs to share their feedback and identify ways of collectively creating value, through SIQOs, in a constantly changing environment.

At 9:30 am: Introductory speech by M. Pierre CABRIT, President of INAO's communication commission
10am-12:30pm: Interventions and exchanges with our great witnesses
  • IGP / LR Ail Rose de Lautrec: The territory and the SIQO, an example of symbiotic communication
  • AOP Rocamadour : Strong technical support for a committed collective
  • LR Soupe rouge de la mer: Processing for added value
  • AOP Sable de Camargue: Consolidating the success of a product, highlighting the uniqueness of a terroir
    • Fédération Nationale Coop Interpro: Towards a sustainability agreement for organic wines
  • AOP Languedoc: Wine hierarchization, segmentation and collective development
    • Presentation of the 2025 INAO communication campaign "There are signs that don't deceive."
12:30-14h: Lunch, which will include SIQO products - Time for informal exchange between participants
14h-15h30: Participation in workshops
  • Communicating differently
  • Marketing differently, introducing complementary activities
  • Presentation, transformation, packaging: A necessary adaptation?
  • Relaunching the collective
  • Sustainability : From prerequisites to commercialization
