Label Rouge Guidelines

This document provides a summary of all guidelines regarding specifications (CDC) and common production conditions (CPC) for Red Labels, as decided and approved by the Permanent Council of theINAO and/or the National Committee for Protected Geographical Indications, Label Rouge, and Traditional Specialities Guaranteed (CN IGP-LR-STG), whose opinions are essential to ensuring the consistency and rigor of the Label Rouge across the sectors.
