Organic beer: a list of organic hop varieties available to brewers

To meet the needs of brewers committed to Organic Agriculture and producing organic beer, the INAO has undertaken a survey of the hop varieties available in organic quality, among those involved in the sector, in collaboration with Interhoublon.

This document lists the available varieties of organic hops communicated to INAO with, for each, the non-exhaustive contacts of traders who have them and who have asked for their names to be circulated. This will make it easier for operators to find organically grown hops.
