As an operator of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Sovereignty and a member of the Handicap-Opérateurs ministerial network, INAO will be taking part in a round-table discussion bringing together establishments employing people with disabilities. The Institute will be represented by its two Mission Handicap referents, Ariane Mathieu and Raphaëlle Anelka. The presentation will take place on Friday, March 3, 2022 from 10:20 to 11:20 a.m. at the UniLasalle group stand (Hall 4 - D069).

Sharing INAO's experience in helping people with disabilities

Through its Mission Handicap, set up in 2008, INAO has deployed a policy to promote the integration and retention in employment of workers with disabilities, invalidity, long-term illness and/or affected by health difficulties requiring support and dedicated facilities to improve and adapt their working conditions.

This testimonial will provide an opportunity to present the context that led to the creation of INAO's disability mission, as well as the developments implemented to strengthen it, with regard to the law of August 6, 2019 on the transformation of the civil service, and the circular of March 17, 2022, on the implementation of the Handicap Referent function in the State civil service.
