Marc Fesneau went from stand to stand meeting producers of SIQO products, accompanied by Philippe Brisebarre, President of the INAO Permanent Council, Dominique Huet, President of the national IGP Label Rouge STG committee, Patrice Chassard, President of the national dairy, agri-food and forestry PDO committee, Olivier Nasles, President of the national organic farming committee and Carole Ly, Director of the INAO.

From the Saint-Nectaire stand, where a representative of the Touraine Amboise ODG (Centre-Val de Loire) was also present, he moved on to the stands of the Comité interprofessionnel des fromages de Cantal et Salers, Volaille de Bresse, and the Pays-de-Loire region for a meeting with the Fermiers Loire et Maine ODG. The Minister then visited the stand of the Southern region to talk about AOP olive oils, IGP and organic Petit Épeautre de Haute-Provence, Label Rouge de Provence honey and Rosés de Provence. His visit ended in Normandy, where he met with professionals from the Label Rouge Coquilles Saint-Jacques and IGP Bulot de la baie de Granville. The tour was punctuated by rich exchanges with the professionals on site.
