Sales figures, production volumes, wine exports, number of recognized products... INAO's 2022 key figures brochure will give you an overview of the economic activity of the sectors under official signs of identification of quality and origin, and its evolution. It includes estimates of product sales by sign, as well as economic data. These data have been compiled on the basis of information provided by the defense and management organizations (ODG) and federations of products under official signs, as part of the annual survey carried out by the INAO, in compliance with statistical confidentiality. In this brochure, each SIQO sector is placed in the context of the corresponding national sector thanks to economic data from other players (Service de la statistique et de la prospective du ministère de l'Agriculture, Direction générale des douanes et droits indirects, Agence Bio, FranceAgriMer, Fédération des exportateurs de vins et spiritueux...).
