A general meeting under the sign of sustainability

This publication was distributed at the CNAOL annual general meeting, held in Laguiole on Friday, September 29, 2023. The theme of this event was the sustainability of dairy PDOs. In a spirit of exchange between the sectors, M. Christian PALY, President of INAO's Comité national des Appellations d'origine relatives aux vins et aux boissons alcoolisées, et des boissons spiritueuses, took part in a round-table discussion to present the tools deployed in viticulture, including the innovation evaluation system.

INAO and economic monitoring of SIQO

INAO collects and analyzes economic data on SIQO products. The Institute makes the most of this information through various media: key figures, regional mementos, industry data...

These documents are drawn up using data collected during the annual statistical survey of defense and management bodies (producers' associations, professional federations of products under official signs) and in partnership with other public players (FranceAgriMer, INRAE, AGRESTE, the Regional Directorates of Agriculture, Agri-Food and Forestry, Agence Bio, regional Chambers of Agriculture, etc.).
