Producing under SIQO
Whether producer or processor, operators can produce under an existing SIQO, or initiate a process to have a product recognized. The various stages involved in producing under an official sign of identification of quality and origin are detailed on our website.
Mes démarches, the online platform of the French Ministry of Agriculture
The French Ministry of Agriculture has set up an online platform entitled "Mes démarches". It offers online information and application facilities for farms: authorization to operate, compensation for losses caused by climatic hazards, CAP aid, basic payment entitlements...

Official delimitation plans portal
L'INAO has set up a portal of official delimitation plans. This online service enables web users to consult graphic documents showing the delimitation ofthe geographical area or parcel area of PDOs and PGIs. This will enable you to see whether your plots can produce PDO or PGI.
If you wish to prove the SIQO production potential of your plots as part of a transfer, you can contact INAO's territorial delegations (please note: attestations are subject to a fee).
Viticulture
Vitiplantation (planting authorizations)
The administrative management of vine planting authorization applications is carried out on a single, dematerialized portal, shared by FranceAgriMer and INAO: Vitiplantation. This teleprocedure also offers a service for tracking currently valid authorizations, in addition to the "Vinegrower Account Sheet" already available on Prodou@ne. This IT tool is the same for the whole of France.

Customs online services
Customs is responsible for the management and control of professionals in the French wine industry. Certain declarations relating to activities in this sector must be made online: operator registration, structural modification declarations, planting, grubbing-up, grafting, harvest, stock declarations.... To this end, Customs provides several online services for professionals: production declarations (VENDANGES), vitivinicultural movements (MVV), land declarations (PARCEL), declaration of œnological practices (OENO), harvest and production declarations (RECOLTE)....

Organic farming
DerogBio (organic farming derogations)
The INAO is responsible for issuing the individual derogations and authorizations provided for by regulation (EU) 2018/848. The majority of requests can be made online, notably on DerogBio, the dedicated referral platform.

TRACES NT (import of organic products from third countries)
In order to guarantee the traceability and control of organic products imported from third countries (i.e. outside the European Union), the European Commission has introduced an electronic Certificate of Organic Inspection (COI), issued from the TRACES NT website. All batches of organic products imported from third countries must be accompanied by the COI, dematerialized, completed and stamped via the TRACES NT application.

CartoBio (plot import)
Developed by Agence Bio, INAO, the French Office for Biodiversity (OFB), the French Agency for Services and Payments (ASP), the French Ministry of Ecological Transition and Territorial Cohesion and the French Ministry of Agriculture, CartoBio enables individuals and professionals alike to locate organic plots of land throughout France. Farmers can share their parcels of land to feed the data presented on this tool. The information is also shared with certification bodies, and will be used to display parcels submitted to the CAP.
Online notification
L'Agence Bio has developed a specific portal for notification. Operators can notify their commitment to organic farming or update and complete their information. By completing this procedure online, operators receive direct acknowledgement of receipt, enabling them to inform their certification body of their declaration.
